- Respond to customer requests by providing the best adapted solution.
- Organise transports in the best possible conditions of quality and cost.
- Accompany the performance of the service by intervening to minimise incidents or delays.
- Development (prospecting – customer acquisition – customer loyalty) and maintenance of the assigned customer portfolio.
REQUIREMENTS
- Customer and results oriented person. Proactive, autonomous but willing to work as a team.
- Training: in Transport or higher degree.
- Experience: 1 year minimum in Traffic, in international operations.
- Knowledge of legislation applicable to transport and the use of freight exchanges.
- Languages: English (minimum level B2, a second language (French, German or Italian) will be an asset.
- SSkills: ability to analyze and make decisions in emergency situations, good stress management, communication and organization both internally and externally, responsible and decisive, values teamwork, focused on results, creative.
