The presence of HTG Express is expanding thanks to the opening of a new transport management centre in the city of Oradea (Romania). This new expansion allows us to open new horizons towards Eastern Europe and to be much closer to the strategic enclave of the Asian corridor. Together with the recent opening of our office in Tangier (Morocco), HTG Express is thus able to cover all terrestric entry and exit areas in Europe and its neighbouring territories, now being able to reach any place with maximum effectiveness.
Our path started more than 20 years ago and HTG Express continues to move forward in all directions and this time it is more than ever towards Eastern Europe. With the new opening of our office in Romania, we are continuing on the path towards our initial goal of becoming the best in industrial express road transportation. Being able to expand routes, customers and the relationships to our suppliers allows us to evolve our founding essence, which is to maintain the most effective and agile transport solutions possible while providing attentive service to our customers and partners.

A strategic location
One of the main advantages of the Romanian city of Oradea is its unique geographical position. It is located very close to the Hungarian border and has direct access to one of the main routes leading to Central Europe. It should also be taken into account that Romania has borders with Eastern countries such as Ukraine, entry routes to the Balkan Peninsula and a wide coastline with important ports towards the Black Sea.
There are many examples that allow us to visualise the importance of the transport sector that transits the city of Oradea. For example, one of the routes of the former Orient Express, possibly the most famous route linking the Paris-Istanbul axis, used to pass through Oradea. It should also be added that having an office in this area, which is bordering the historic region of Transylvania among other things, will allow for a close and direct contact with a large number of customers and suppliers in this zone.
Turkey, the new silk road
Another major advantage of HTG Express’ expansion into Romania is its proximity to Turkey, the gateway to the Eurasian corridor. We have been establishing long-term partnerships in the region to provide the best industrial express transport, and all shipments to and from Turkey are handled by an exclusive HTG Express specialist team at your service.

Thanks to these synergies, connecting your business between Europe and Asia is in good hands as HTG stands for 20 years of experience in industrial express road transportation and global air service.
For centuries the Silk Road was the most important freight transport axis in the world, with the Bosphorus and Dardanelles Straits, both in Turkey, being the key crossing points. There is now an initiative to revive a new Silk Road as a land link between China and Europe, where the strategic role of this Eurasian Republic will be crucial.
The enormous experience of the region’s professionals, together with the privileged geographical position and the quantity of infrastructures, make Turkey a key region in the road transport sector.
